He has architected and orchestrated systems from the ground up, such as the private AI workspace RCH runs on, with its own long-term memory, skills and agents trained on how the business works. Ryan
Ryan is a co-founder of RCH Interface Agency and one of its Interface Agents. He comes from law, holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and possessing clerk experience across criminal, dv and family law. Before that, he owned and ran large supplement companies. He has architected and orchestrated systems from the ground up, such as a custom legal assistant running on its own vector database, automation pipeline and voice layer. This is the same kind of work RCH does for clients: building the right system for one business and ensuring it actually runs.
He cares about one thing above all: client success. His aim is a client base of satisfied, happy customers, and businesses he helps keep scaling and growing.
